The Vanguard New Light quest is called [url=https://www.light.gg/db/items/3580122731/sortie/]ON THE OFFENSIVE[/url]. Not yet. I'll get on it right away, but it seems unlikely that just those 2 quests will reward 4 Furmious pieces. According to the quest descriptions, each PvP quest only rewards one "legendary engram" at the end.

You actually get two pieces: one when you complete the step before talking to the vendor and one when you finish the quest.
