Each individual players scores combined will not give you the 100k pinnacle.
The score you see in the bottom right while your playing the NF is where you need to hit 100k score.

Assist kills are the reason for the difference. If players get an assist kill, that enemy's score is counted for both players. But it is only counted once for the team score.
