The reason why i brought it up was that in raids and legend nightfalls i had like 2 drops consistently each current legend nightfall. And i was like "WTF" and other people noticed it as well. so i guess the question rather is: is there a thing in the game now, which makes warmind cells drop less frequent in higher tier content? im interested now. no idea whod you have to ask, but raids, dungeons and legend and up nightfall. ( running through that takes a bit more time for video stuff )

I will pass it up to player support, cant guarantee a time frame for an answer though, as it may take some investigating.
