Nothing confirmed from what I know, but the general consensus is it'll only work on the adept sword.

Wow, really... seems a bit restrictive for a pinnacle endgame reward in comp..

Indeed, however if it could be added to any adept weapon it would be a bit broken.

That’s valid. Getting lit up by adept weapons all day is bad enough. Adding impact would be over the top. Maybe they could simply clarify the mod in its name or categorization.

Oh yeah, some clarification on where the mod can be used would definitely be helpful.
