A boy in a thin white shirt wanders the narrow streets in pursuit of that hammering sound. Even at a distance his target is easy to pick out; though it isn't particularly louder than other background noise, to him it is discernable as more... potent.
Arriving at the neoteric building, he seeks out the presumed door and knocks on it, each rap mimicking the samely clanging.

Hollow arrives at the building, and he can easily tell that there is exactly who he can tell is in there, making no attempt to hide it.
-
Without desisting to wait for the door to be answered, he pushes it wide and steps within.
-
Keria is looking at Hollow as he enters, a twinkle in her eyes. "Hollow. How easy was it to find me?", she asks jokingly.
-
He looks around for another moment before saying, "Fairly. Magical residue set a trail and aura displacement from the building lit the beacon at the end."
-
"Good. I wasn't hiding it thankfully. Now. I have a little contest here, are you interested?"
-
"Yes," he said as if extending her sentence.
-
"Perfect. You're going to be making a trident. Here are the rules. 1. Document materials, enchantments, appearance, and how you made it, quite meticulously. Note the number of prongs of course. 2. Note that if you with to receive a prize when you place, you will lose your creation. 3. You may receive an offer if you don't place to be compensated for the weapon, with your consent of course. 4. You have exactly 1 week to make it. Any questions?'
You can make it a story in a separate reply on this tag, or make it a different post entirely. Tag is "WeaponsmithContest".
"Right, right," he mutters, already weaving runes and magical auras into some cataloguing language only he can understand. He occasionally stares off into the distance, as if looking through the walls and at something far beyond. After a couple minutes of this inaction he washes his work away and looks back up. "Ready to go."
-
Keria watches, a grin on her face. Once he finishes, she says, "You want to forge it here? Or are you alright with making it over the next week?"
-
"No," Hollow shakes his head, "Not here. These materials need to be guided. Not forged."
-
"Of course. I'll look forward to your submission then." She nods.
