Is the High Celebrant still a powerful reward?
The director indicates its a powerful, but I didn't get one from doing it. And the director still shows a powerful as being available.

1 ReplyFrom what I did today no it isn’t. Haven’t done it on all characters but I’ll try and see if any of them drop a powerful. Mine dropped at 1282 on my 1284 base level warlock.
