Yes and bungie does kniw about the problem in hunter and ate looking for a fix

There is no official acknowledgment of the issue with the Hunter Lucent Night Sleeves Universal Armor Ornament. I wouldn't have posted here otherwise. Known Issues still only mentions the Warlock Lucent Night Universal Armor Ornaments (not even specific to the actual piece that is broken, which is the Lucent Night Cover).
