To add, whenever we try to launch the battleground mission to maybe force the game into something, it simply locks him out saying he must purchase the pass, which is redundant as once again why would he spend $10 on something which may not even work?

the battlegrounds is seasonal content, why would it work in the first place if you don't own the season pass?

Because i didnt own the season pass nor did my friends yet we were able to get the artifact and hammer, and i know and u should know that ur allowed to do the introductory quest and get the artifact as per every season soo
