Can you check your purchase history again? I don’t see any of the deluxe edition content unlocked on your account. Was it purchased on this account or another and you’re gamesharing?

They need a customer support and to be more clear about what versions are giving what. I want a refund if my version i got didn't come with a full season pass. Thats the only reason i paided extra to begin with.

They were pretty clear of what each purchase came with. Beyond light base = just the dlc, no season. Beyond light+season= base dlc + 1 season Beyond light deluxe = base dlc + all 4 seasons

No it really wasn't very clear on what each one came with. When it says Beyond light + Season i would expect that to mean a full "season pass" not just one season. I read all three; I would have bought the Deluxe edition if I would have know that was the only one with a full "Season pass". Now im out money and out of content I thought I was purchasing and it BS if im being completely honest.

If you get a “season pass” for baseball, hockey, soccer, etc, it’s only for that specific season & doesn’t cover any future season(s).

And for the last 2 dlcs I have bought the Deluxe edition. I just didn't feel like shoveling out the extra cash this time because of how everything has been going and thought that version assuming by the name I was referring to a full "season pass". I would have just bought the Deluxe edition though had I know. No need to be snarky.

It was purchased thru playstation store. And im not game sharing. Again had no issues with last season pass after that purchase.

The exact edition of what you bought would determine how many season pass(es) it comes with.

It was the deluxe edition. Which came with season pass access 12-15.

Well the no time to explain was a deluxe edition bonus and i have that. I saw what you talking about lol. Honestly idk why i dont have the sparrow or ship. I never really looked into that to much. But i had purchased the deluxe edition for like 60 bucks and on my ps app under purchased it shows the deluxe edition unavailable. But the season pass deal for last season showed a price. Again i really appreciate your help.

Wrong. The NTTE could be granted from buying either the dlc+season bundle or the deluxe edition. It wasn’t deluxe exclusive.

Its not letting me share the image. The beyond light+ season pass is still available for purchase cause i didnt purchase that. The deluxe edition is not available for purchase cause i purchased that one. Deluxe edition was 60 bucks which i have receipt for. But it wont let me upload any pics.

Well thats weird cause i had all.of last season unlocked. And i got all the extra stuff that came with the deluxe edition for last season.

Again I’ll ask...can you show proof of your purchase? Plus, your collections show no deluxe specific content (no emote, no sparrow, no No Time to Explain ornament, etc). It is honestly sounding like you bought the beyond light+season edition & confusing it with the deluxe edition.
