The game licenses were attached to Blizzard and they offered a 1-time chance transfer over, this had to be done before 1st December 2020. Unfortunately, nothing can be done now.
So if you wish to play the game you need to purchase it on Steam.

The problem is that I made the save transfer. I think this can be easily understood by going to my profile.

Have you tried verifying the files again? Also having strange characters in your name has in the past been a problem which I see you have a flower and not sure what that is.

Omgh yes I had a sense about it, but I didn't even try it. Nickname characters were causing the problem. It would be nice if Bungie wrote about this in their FAQ x)
