If I choose to play, how should my character be balanced? As the Ghost Rider I’m somewhat OP in comics. Can I use my powers and merely allow you to roll for success? Should they be given positive or negative monitors?
Confronting the devil is something I’m uniquely suited to do, so I’d love to play this one. I just don’t want to break your encounters or pull random moves out of my butt to circumvent your challenges.
You can use your character as long as you know the RP has an element of chance and some actions might fail. You will also take damage, based on how much you feel is appropriate, the game will be tailored around your play
Oh I’m 100% down with that. I just wanted to make sure you’re OK if I say something like, “I summon the Hellcycle” or, “I launch a bolt of Hellfire at xyz.” You can roll for everything and I’ll work with the results. Finally, I will forsake my spoiler so as to it down on clutter in the chain. That said: [Note that I’m currently a normal person. The Spirit doesn’t surface except in extreme situations, so I’m limited to normal human strength (however you assign those values) and I carry no items other than car keys and a wallet with my ID/$50, which we’ll assume were set aside before immersing in the tank.] I emerge from the tank, spluttering and cursing. “What was that?! What happened?!

The lab is seemingly abandoned, you notice a closed office door in the back of the lab and the doors you entered through.

I grab my wallet and keys (like any normal person;) and stride across the room to try the closed office doors. While doing so I take another look around the room to see if there is anything else of note.
Sorry, all out of salt.
