atleast it should be able to spawn warmind cells, its a warmind weapon for c sake

wouldnt really benefits the weapon, i cant see in wich situation you are going to think burning 4 or 5 sleeper shots, to spawn a warmind cell is a good idea X). outbreak perfected touuugh

Outbreak is a Siva weapon, which is kinda an Anti Warmind you could say. so i don't know if it should be able to spawn warmind cells, BUT i would love to see something similar to Warmind cells but Siva themed instead

siva is 100% warmind X) its a rasputin technology thats all.

SIVA is Clovis tech separate from their Warmind project. Rasputin simply commandeered it temporarily. In terms of lore, Outbreak is a guardian gun - we built it with SIVA parts without any guidance or interference from Rasputin.
