I've been posting the same thing since November and not a single person seems to notice. Glad this is taking off. This is so absolutely true. I really tried to get into the game after sunsetting. I have all three character types, with maxed stasis. Which as anyone who has done it know is a grind in itself. So I have genuinely put in effort to like the changes. But no. I agree that sunsetting gear is the worst. I've deleted the game as well and I consider destiny to be at an end. I lead a clan of almost 50 and haven't seen anyone else on in months. After months of begging and bungie still ignores the obvious fix? Easily 90% of the game would be "fixed" without sunsetting. It has ruined the entire experience. This game, unfortunately is over.
