Not permanent if it’s a restriction. It’s either 2 weeks or 2 months....depending on if you’ve had any restriction previously

This is my third time getting restricted Mabey fourth but I’ve never bin restricted from private matches

Starting with beyond light, pvp restrictions now extend to private matches as well as crucible/gambit. So this will be another 2 month restriction. You should seriously consider fixing/improving your connection.
