Because pinnacle weapons happened and now that its done they'll revert sunsetting in about 6-7 months imho - Luke already laying groundwork for this in latest interview with Polygon. Just my opinion.

I was thinking that they would probably just remove sunsetting with the next dlc to make us happy so they sell more copies.

Also my question. Legacy items/players should be celebrated, not punished. I will never agree with sunsetting.

I think what shows how bad sunsetting is, is that now most of the people I saw arguing for sunsetting are now arguing for its removal.
