Hello. Next time your game crashes, could you paste your DxDiag here?
You can find this by doing the following:

That issue is now fix. Now running into another problem, it randomly hard crash. Just playing any activity until pc turns off and turns on by itself. This is only happing to destiny.

I see a few "Event Name: InPageError", which often stem from a failing hard disk. I suggest you run "chkdsk /r /f" from an elevated Command prompt on your main hard disk (you'll probably need to restart).
