Well they’re normal flexes for workouts, but odd flexes for phone notes. Which makes me wonder why they have these written on their phones note app and not somewhere more useful, like an actual note.

Fair enough I guess. I suggest a white/black board in your workout area to keep track of new routines you want to try, or to give motivation on lazy Sundays.
