Luke is not asking for approval, it’s being done. But it will be badly implemented like everything in this game.

Ya it’s already done, he is just testing the water before it is rolled(steamrolled) out so they can anticipate damage control.

This. This right here. It may just be an article and not a proper Dev update like previous ones from Luke, but if he reveals something this significant to us that means it’s already being worked on in the background. Luke fantasy land is already under development, we just haven’t seen it yet.
