Is it DPS meta? Then nope, has zero value. Its not even fun to use like EOT.

Dude it's a video game if ya want to min max over every little thing and that's what you like go ahead, but it's a fun exotic. Not bad damage for a primary either, but if ya go and compare a red death to g-horn their going to be a difference. Though both were considered great.
