Bring back icebreaker, but don’t allow it in pvp. Let’s test that water as well.
I imagine, bungie would make more OP exotics if they had a pvp ban on em.

I also feel you have a point but like I said they would probably change it. Focus more on the combustion perk not regenerative ammo. That ammo had a bad effect on the game.

The problem with Icebreaker WAS PvE. It encouraged degenerative gameplay of just sitting in the far back with infinite ammo and not actually engaging with fights. They’ll never give a gun regenerating ammo ever again. For PvE or PvP purposes.
