Well,YES and NO.You have to understand that this is a very complicated issue to resolve.So YES Bungie understands that there is an issue here and have known about this bug since 3rd of December 2020.Then there's the NO,they aren't going to fix it.YES we know,but screw fixing it.This sounds like a YOU problem not a ME problem,that being "ME=Bungie".

making a infamy/valor reset knock 1,000,000 points off instead of just zeroing it out sounds like a deeper issue because it might be a hack covering for another hack, so i get that it might be precarious to patch out and difficult to fix. that being said, as long as that hack is in place, there is a technical debt that builds and eventually needs to be paid. and that's speaking as an engineer, not a player with a bugged quest.
