As of November 10, the quest for Legend of Acrius has been retired and the only way to acquire the exotic heavy shotgun is from the new Monument to Lost Lights vendor between the Tower vault terminals.

I cannot dismantle it or move it from my character to the vault. And I don’t want it taking up space on my titan. I am fully aware it was retired with the raid. Hence the issue.

Have you confirmed the quest version of Legend of Acrius is unlocked?

Yes, having only the quest version (with a 1 round magazine) does not unlock the completed version that can be re-acquired from your Collections. Items can be locked/unlocked using the Shift/R3 button.
