Thrillmonger is 40 kills in a single match without dying, you have to hover over the medal to see the full requirement otherwise you may assume you can accumulate them throughout the match regardless of dying.

Possible glitch then but I have noticed issues with the seals too, the other day there was a message saying they are not available in this season but seems now they are.. maybe why you are having problems, I may try get a 40 plus and see what happens to my thrillmonger tally, I have done this achievement 13times now and not even been playing it much for about a yr.
