I'm also a bit disappointed that Leviathan's Brathe's catalyst only increases quiver size. Draw time should've also been reduced.

Sure but 15 instead of 10 is pretty decent. Some axle grease on that chain for quicker draw would definitely be welcome

By all means, more arrows is certainly a good bonus, but I just don't think it's enough.
