Well on the one hand I can understand why they wouldn't want people just taking it when it will be used again as a Guardian Games reward.
But the problem I have is that they added it to the kiosk in the first place, which can't have been an accident. So they changed their minds or perhaps realised they don't have the resources to make another weapon for the next Guardian Games.
Personally I didn't play Guardian Games, seemed like pointless grinding of a blatantly bias event that only encouraged the class divide. I hope they don't bring it back but the removal of Heir Apparent tells me we will see it again.
And I still won't take part.

Initially I was excited for guardian games, but when I saw that heir apparent was locked behind triumphs, that was when I decided to just focus on my graded unit project for college instead. It is kind of sad that its gone again, as it was one of the few exotics I actually wanted to buy from the kiosk and now that incentive is gone. If they add it back into the monument or to the general loot pool i'll be more than ready to forgive, but we'll see what the TWAB boffins have to say this week 👀. One comment i've seen on the youtube link said they might have removed it to stop players one phasing the bosses of the new raid since that's more common now than ever nowadays What you said about not having the resources to make a new gun for guardian games does make me concerned for the future.
