You may have to do a certain amount of the story. I'm seeing them on the bottom part of his screen, but didn't check until after finishing the campaign. Also.. after seeing one other comment, I did get both Drang and Mini tool prior to this season. Maybe that matters too

It seems to be I can aquire them from the collections tab with the updated power level. Thanks for the response.

I had both prior also. I also have finished the campaign. I.must be missing something. I wonder if it's because I have the ones from the menagerie in the vault?
