Hi there,
The emblems were part of the Moments of Triumph event, which is now over. To redeem the emblems, you would have needed to have claimed the triumphs back when MoT was active. These triumphs are no longer obtainable, so the emblems are no longer obtainable. The only reason they are still on the rewards page is so people who already claimed the triumphs can redeem their reward.

The rewards page said “earn by nov 10th”, and I did earn that triumph before the 10th. Does that mean I should qualify for it?

While you may have earned that triumph, you would have needed to have claimed it as well before November 10th to unlock the reward.
