Hi there, Looking at your account you do not currently own any editions of Beyond Light. Please double check that your purchase was successful, and reach out to the retailer you purchased the expansion from if issues persist. If you are on Playstation please keep in mind that some preorders were accidentally cancelled by the platform store, and players were contacted to resolve these cancellations over the summer.

  • But I was told to re-buy the preorder but it didn't give me money and said I had it so I figured it already downloaded

  • Thank you, but I bought the pre order and now it's gone. I checked my email and can't even find a purchase credit. I'm not sure if you can check my account but I have the ghost shell, emblem, and emote from the preorder

  • Same issue on Xbox, I can play first mission to variks then nothing further, states I have to purchase but I have already purchased??
