Hi there,
Unfortunately, since you didn't claim the triumphs before the servers went down, you will not be able to get these triumphs.
Your solo run may have been invalidated. You would have needed to have done it in one sitting, without leaving for orbit or using a checkpoint. The server issues may have caused problems here.
