Izanagi. It was the perfect high risk/high reward weapon. Then they nerfed it into the ground. Like why?

Staying VERY FAR away from enemies and shooting them isnt high risk...only high reward for no risk.

Consuming ammo isn't a high risk

But you have to actually hit the crit spot, or else you wasted the 4 bullets for basically nothing. Hitting the crit spot isn’t that easy.
