Was wondering the same thing myself, can't say I'm too pleased to hear about this. Any particular reason behind the cool down increase?

Maybe cause hunters are able to get a dodge every 9 seconds maxee? Compared to the other classes which get their abilities up in like 30-45 seconrs when maxed?

Warlocks and Titans kept complaining about it. That’s usually how most Hunter nerfs happen. Luckily it does seem too bad, so hopefully dodge will still be good.
