I can't get the password reset email on my main account, had to make this one just to post this

The password / authentication for your Bungie.net profile is whatever you use for your PSN / Xbox / Steam / stadia. Bungie.net does not have its own password system. You will need to reach out to your platform customer service for help recovering or resetting your password there.

I tried the email and password I have for psn but it still doesn't work. Am I missing something?

As I mentioned Bungie.net uses your console accounts as authentication. If you’re having issues you’ll have to reach out to PlayStation customer support for help recovering your email / password.
