Gamesharing is a platform feature. You’ll need to contact ps support to troubleshoot it. Bungie doesn’t officially support gamesharing.

  • All the sources i’ve seen say that as long as both accounts are set to ‘’primary ps4’’ in settings (which i had done and still have), DLC should be shared but it still doesn’t recognize it

  • And that may be true. But it’s something you need to take up with playtime support. They handle gamesharing issues.

Update: I’ve contacted ps support on the matter and explained my situation I.E, bought Forsaken and not receiving the content on my main account, blah blah blah. Anyways, when i’ve explained my situation, the agent asks for my main account’s psn, to which i give him my psn name. Barely a second afterwards, for about 2 seconds, a huge block of text appears in the conversation to which i think was an automated thank you message and after barely 2 seconds, i get kicked out. Is this normal? Will the agent fix this error or did he kick me out for not asking for something appropriate?

  • I don’t know. I’ve not contacted ps support. It doesn’t sound normal. So you may want to reach out again.

  • I’ll give it an hour, see if the agent is fixing it or if he just blatantly kicked me out.
