Hey there! The Datapad quest only offers you the emblem called [i]Obsidian Dreams[/i]. In order to get the other emblem and ghost shell, you must do Niobe Labs.

You would want a full fireteam for this. Also, make sure you have the correct weapons for this along with inputting the correct codes.

i cant do solo? I do got the correct weapons (sniper, bow, minigun, and izanagi for later)

I’m fairly certain it’s impossible to do solo. You’re timed and barriers come up to block you off from each section, so the team has to split up and the enemies get divided amongst these barriers. Also there are a couple times when three people have to shoot one target at once and you unfortunately can’t do that solo. Sorry, my friend.

You are timed each round for Niobe Labs. It is highly recommended to get a fireteam of 3 to do this.
