Hey there! If the problem only happens with Destiny 2, this indicates that your disc has scratches. You can try to move Destiny 2 onto your internal hard drive, or wipe your disc with cleaning alcohol. If that does not help, you will need to download Destiny 2 digitally since it is free for all players.

Thank you! I’ll try that! Except last night (while Arkham Knight still works flawlessly), I downloaded Borderlands 3 and it’s now doing the same thing.
