Allo there,
The triumph requires all nodes unlocked to.be unique so opening the same ones won't give you progress. Bungie have made it easier to get nodes that you've yet to unlock but you will still get duplicates.

It is (or, at least, was) possible to finish it; I managed it on 01 Oct. I got tired of the grind never seeming to end, so on 18 Aug 2020 I started tracking everything. I got. Worst run was in mid-Sept., when 0 of 11 attempts were repeats (of what I had logged since 18 Aug.) I know by 19 Sep. I was 39/40. It took 17 more attempts before Dynamo.Observation.Valkyrie was my magic number. Good luck.

Kinda wonder if you have to make the cipher in different random location? or you just make one directly after you open a node?

you will almost never get a node in the same location you are combine in. you will need to change locations and combine.
