Based on the other users' replies I'm not sure if I'm interpreting your question correctly, so I apologize if this goes over my head and I'm writing an essay for nothing.
I've said this before but I'll say it again: please, feel free to message me with a link to any posts that don't belong here in #OffTopic and I'll take care of them. I've been told that you don't want to bother me—trust me, it's no problem to me in the slightest. Even if I'm in the middle of responding to someone else, I could tap your notification, go to the post, correct it, and go back to what I was doing in like five seconds.
I've also been told that it's "not [my] job" and that you feel it's more on the Ninjas to do it. I mean, you're right—nothing I do as a Mentor is my "job"—but take a look at the Mentor's description in the Code of Conduct Policy:
A community volunteer who will help answer your questions and guide you.
Key words there are "guide you." Yes, it's not my job, per se, but I do feel it's part of my duties as being a guide here on the forums. If I can't help the person by actually responding, I could at least ensure their post is in the correct part of the forum as soon as possible so they can get the help they need through someone else. Then #OffTopic is happy because the post isn't here anymore and the OP, well, they may or may not be happy based on the answer they get, but I can't really help that.
My main focus because of this role is the #Help forum so I may not visit #Offtopic as often, but you can still consider me as your mod ambassador. Anything you need that I may be able to assist with, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. As the #Help forum description says, "Help us help you."

Aya is our ambassador ☺ And im just asking if I made this post for example: "Does anyone know when this secret live event could happen?" "I've seen a lot of leaks of something like that happening at the end of the season, anyone know anything?" So would posts like that get moved back to destiny2?
-
Most likely, yes, unless it gave specific details about the leak, in which case it would be taken down. Would you want it to stay in #OffTopic?

Edited by CharlesTheDeputy: 10/17/2020 9:07:53 PMHuh so you can choose then! And nope 😁

Edited by Times Vengeance: 10/17/2020 9:17:38 PMWell, no. If it's more appropriate for the #Destiny2 forum then it belongs there. That was more of a lead-up question to why you would post it in #OffTopic if you know it's about the game. This is why I was confused about the question in the first place, lol.
-
Lol just wanted to see if you would do it 😂 thanks for clarifying tho :)
Apologies if I'm writing a mini essay for nothing :)
If we go by the positions of most of the Offtopicans, yes they would want it moved, along with every other Density(Destiny) relating thing down here, besides the daily Offtopic Game Nights. If we go by the newbies position, they like Destiny down here and have no issue. Going by majority, they should be gone. Toodles!
daily Offtopic Game Nights
Weekly, but I know what you mean. The reason I switch from the OGNR format to the OGNH one is to kind of avoid this problem :P. But hey, I get it if some want to move it.
I am now thinking on changing the name from Game Night to something like Night Chat, but hey I might forget this idea lol.

what's the other format?
The old Recap format.
