I have never ever ever played any diablo game. What’s it about?

'D2' will forever be Diablo 2 in my mind. Uhhh my bad I guess. But it's an isometric ARPGn'slash where the player is tasked with defending the realm of Sanctuary from a buttload of hellspawn. Path of Exile is quite similar gameplay wise, and might run a little better on modern hardware but it's a different plot. I think... I actually don't know much PoE lore 🤔
