Remove the legendary garbage that can drop from the cipher chests. We already have to pray that the auto that drops has good perks but now we have to pray that what does drop is an auto rifle.

I missed last year's festival so I was chasing the werewolf. It dropped with trash stats but it was added to my collection, allowing me to retrieve the curated roll for 7 ascendant shards
