When using uppercut, liars handshake fails to proc the majority of the time. It has been broken like this for months. FIX IT ALREADY edit: what I meant was: hitting an enemy with the uppercut shockwave is required for the perk to activate. However, the exotic perk on liar's handshake states that "activating" an arc melee should start cross-counter. Because it does not work as described, I consider it a mistake that should be fixed, one way or the other. Either make the perk work as described by allowing cross-counter to start even when the uppercut doesnt hit, or change the wording of the exotic perk to indicate that contact with an enemy is required.
