Can you explain what makes it "uncounterable?" Whenever I am in a rumble match against highly-skilled players. I usually end up taking it off in favor of a sniper or shotgun after the first two minutes because the bastion can't compete with their movement. If you make use of cover and play patiently, fusions in general will have a tough time. Also, I wouldn't say that it's cheesy. Jotunn and mountaintop are cheesy. The bastion is obnoxious at worst.
