I just fixed it, if you're having the same issue, go into appdata(hit windows+r and type in "%appdata%")>roaming>bungie>destinyPC>cvars.xml>open it with a text editor of your choice>set <cvar name="hdr_output" value="1" /> to <cvar name="hdr_output" value="0" /> This should help.
