[i]A man in simple attire—jeans, a coat and a white shirt—strides with purpose down the docks. As he nears the edge, he... continues walking. The man doesn’t flinch as he sinks into the water, descending like an iron statue.[/i]

[spoiler]Correct me if I’m wrong in my location, assuming the ocean floor is stone, here[/spoiler] He hits the ocean floor with a thud. It’s nice to do so, for once, without kicking up a typhoon of silt. The man begins taking heavy steps through the aquatic depths.

The man clears his throat—a strange feat, given the crushing my depths.

[i]We arrive at a cliff, overlooking glowing plains, rippling with bioluminescence. To our left, is a series of jagged towers, each looking battered and broken, but still standing. A glowing aquamarine octopus lands on your head.[/i] "Oh I'm sorry about him. He's a bit of a troublemaker." [i]The octopus leans forward, his tentacles lightly gripping your head, and his balloon-like cranium floating in front of you, blinking his eyes, and staring into yours.[/i]

[i] He inclines his head to examine the octopus, his eyes just as alien and curious as the aquatic creature’s.[/i] “Some interesting fauna, you have.”
