The only people that would have a case are the people under 18 (in the USA at least) & if the parents want to do it on behalf of their kid they can go for it but any sane parent wont waste their time or money for a lawyer. Something as insignificant as a video game is just not worth it. I was told in another post that we "agreed to illegal terms". Even though it's been 20 years, give or take a year or two, some gamers will just never understand that we don't own any of the online games we purchase. We only own a license to play them & have no rights to the game's contents. At the end of the day all we can do is tell them, whether or not they accept it is on them. If they don't accept it we just have to bow out & let them finish their tantrum.
