Skye walks in. She still has her crutch, but she seems to be relying on it less. She approaches the bar and sits at a stool. Her eyes glance up at the sign on the wall curiously.

-
“Barely a salad. He can make one, but it isn’t that great, flavors get offset and he doesn’t understand.” She laughs. “He keeps on trying though......it’s very nice of him.”
-
“That is very nice of him. I can’t say I’ve known him too terribly long, but he definitely cares for his friends.”
-
“Definitely.” Fox smiles at Blaze sleeping. “Like......he’s let me live on his ship for free......and from what I’ve learned, he’s barely knew me beforehand.”
-
“He can be a goofball, but this place sure wouldn’t be the same without him.”
-
“Definitely.” Fox says. She does another training swing, but it slams into Blaze’s skull, and you hear a loud crack as he jumps awake. “AAAAAAH!” He quickly grabs a wine bottle and starts chugging it, while Fox covers her mouth.
-
Skye nearly falls out of her seat in shock. She grabs the edge of bar to keep herself steady, a few strands of hair from her braid falling over her face. “Andrew’s cross, you all right, Blaze?!”
-
You see the skin on his head slowly meld back together as he drinks. “He’ll.....be alright.” Fox says through her hand. “I.......” she sounds upset.
-
She is amazed to see the effects of Blaze’s healing, but only sits in her place gaping and panting. She glances between Blaze and Fox.
-
“I’m......really sorry Blaze.” “It’s fine, blood heals me good.” “But.....I could’ve....” “You didn’t, it’s fine.” Blaze stops drinking.
-
Skye soon calms herself down and tries to lighten the mood, though there is doubt in her voice. “Well, talk about waking up with a bang! Ha ha...”
-
“Heh.” Blaze chuckles a little, but Fox lays her head on the counter.
-
“Um... I was just telling Fox how great your burgers are, Blaze. Probably just as good as your scotch!”
-
“Thanks!” He smiles. “Hey....I’ll be right back.” He rushes off to the back room. You hear Fox mumble, “I could have killed him......”
-
“Aye, that was... a bit of a scary moment. But he seems to be perfectly fine.”
-
“If I hit him a bit harder I could have hurt his brain.......and I don’t think he can come back from that with some simple blood.......oh jeez.” She keeps her head laid down.
-
“Then it’s a really good thing that’s not what happened. Don’t worry about it, Fox. It’s just one of those things where you learn to be careful next time.”
-
“Yeah I gues, just........I just got done saying about how nice he was to me, and then I could have killed him.”
-
“Oh... yeah, I can see why that’s discouraging...”
-
“Yeah.....”
-
Skye sighs and pushes some hair out of her face. “So... a while ago, Blaze found me in the woods and told me he found someone I knew,” she says, her tone softened slightly. “That person fought with him, and there was a chance that he could have been killed. I felt very responsible for that... I still kind of do. But if I had focused so much on what could have happened, then he and I probably wouldn’t have had a good laugh about his jokes. Um... do you get what I’m trying to say?”
-
“Y-yeah.” Fox says, sitting up. “Thanks Skye.” Blaze walks back, holding.......the closest thing you can compare it to is a burger, but, it’s filled with fruits and veggies, with no real relation to flavor. “Hey Fox! I noticed you were upset when I woke up, so I made you a vegan burger!” Fox smiles at you, before looking at the burger. “Th-thanks! That looks.......wonderful!”
-
Skye laughs a little. “Aye, Blaze can certainly make... anything.”
-
Fox takes it and takes a bite. She looks at you and grimaces, before she looks at Blaze, smiling. “It’s really good!” Blaze smiles back. “Thanks Fox! Took me a while to make, but I’m glad I did good!”
-
Skye winces for Foxglove, but also tries to keep her smile. “Did those mountain monks teach you how to make vegan burgers too, Blaze?”
