Out of curiosity, what's the reason behind the whole double-Nat?

It's how the ISP sets up routers in households. the have one main gateway, then that gateway connects to the router which connects to end user devices.

So it's a specific ISP set-up; uhm, I do not know whether Bungie will (be able to) help you out there....
