A reskin is important in this case when in Destiny 1 enemies had a different colour scheme denoting which faction they belonged to. In Destiny 2 everytime we see a new Fallen faction (Syndicate, Neo-Devils, House of Rain) they just keep the House of Dusk colour scheme
