Hello,
Please navigate through your library to the download section of Destiny.

Then, please navigate to "local files" and verify the integrity of the game files. After this, if an update is queued, please let it download.

Turns out the solution was a combination of things. Had to verify my game cache and whatnot on top of fixing a problem where Windows 10 doesn't recognize certain drives for some reason. Might've been a faulty SATA cable but it's been fixed. Thanks for your help!
