I have exact the same problem . No matter what i do its the same . I also have a beefy PC . I7 10700k GTX 1080ti and 16 GB 3200mhz ram . And fast nvme ssd . It bothers med so much . It dident used to be like that . I have played in PC for over 2 years . Its only in year 3 it has been a problem .

Maybe faulty cpu

Destiny is a heavy cpu games so if the cpu is 100% you'll have problems. It should be under warranty
