NOOOOOO
WE NEED TO MERGE
Do you want another Classic Mix scenario??
I'm sick of this shit, why do we keep encouraging separation based on MM preference when that screws with MM entirely.
WHEN ARE WE GOING TO LEARN?
This crap perpetuates the stupid cycle I'm sure plenty of you are tired of hearing
WAKE UP!
So how do we fix a personal problem with MM that everyone experiences differently? Give everyone the CHOICE of what they want. And NO what we have now or before was NOT a choice. The second you start separating players in different playlists because some want one MM and others the other, it is NO LONGER A CHOICE. When player pools for one are sabotaged, the concept of choice has died. people migrate to the more populated pool naturally because that means actually finding a game and not against the same 6 stack that just murdered them.
I want a mode that makes everyone happy and is simple for Bungie to do. You're idea have a ton of merit and I'm not discounting it but...
why do we keep encouraging separation based on MM preference when that screws with MM entirely.
Because the reality it that this separation already exists and is not going to disappear quickly. The 'Classic' Mix scenario happened because there was on 1 choice out of like 6 playlists for CBMM. Now this current situation is just the opposite. 2 SBMM playlists out of like 7 and now includes IB. My idea gives 2 playlists that that make the 2 sides of this debate happy while also giving solo options for both. It is a choice. 1 of 2 Valor playlists and the same Glory one we have now. I appreciate the post but I feel that in the current state of development this is the simpler solution for Bungie to implement. The choice you'd like is great, but it would take cycles of development that Bungie doesn't look like they'd focus on.

If D2 is the long haul, I'd rather push for solutions over bandaids.
If D2 is the long haul, I'd rather push for solutions over bandaids.
Depends how long to make the solution. A band-aid can help stop the bleeding (of players)
